Children would also experience psychological changes and behavioral changes both before, during and after surgery. The study aimed to known of the relationship between the psychological condition of preoperative children and the level of anxiety of parents in operating room of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng. <strong>Method</strong></em><strong><em>s:</em></strong> <em>The design of study by quantitative descriptive analyzed with cross sectional method. The sample of study was the parents and their children’s would surgery in operating room of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng. <strong>Result</strong></em><strong><em>s:</em></strong> <em>The psychological condition of preoperative children is 83% of people and 17% of people wits stable and very stable conditions. The anxiety of parents with normal conditions is 28% of people, 23% of people with mild anxiety, 49% of people with moderate anxiety and 3% of people with severe anxiety.&nbsp; The significant value of Chi Square Analyzed is 0.001 (sig. &lt;0.05), so the were of the relationship between the psychological condition of preoperative children and the level of anxiety of parents in the operating room of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng. The correlation analyzed give value of Person Correlation is 0.702. The were strength correlation between the psychological conditions of preoperative children and the level anxiety of parents in the operating room of RSUD Kabupaten Buleleng. <strong>Conclusion</strong>. This study aims to determine the calorie needs, nutritional status and breakfast habits of nursing students to then be compared based on gender differences. <strong>Methods</strong>. </span><span lang="EN-GB">The research method used is a cross-sectional method with a descriptive analytical approach</span><span lang="EN-GB">. </span><span lang="EN-GB">Data were obtained from 72 nursing students who took part in the FIKes Nursing Study Program FIKes University Tribhuwana Tunggadewi lecture on Fulfillment of Basic Human Needs in 2021/2022 using total sampling. Data analysis using Pearson Chi-quare and Fisher Exact.</span><span lang="EN-GB"> <strong>Results.</strong> </span><span lang="EN-GB">The results showed that there was a significant difference between male and female students in calorie needs. Meanwhile, there was no significant difference in nutritional status and breakfast habits. A total of 66 students have a thin-normal nutritional status, with 46 people having a calorie requirement of &gt; 1801 kcal/day.</span><span lang="EN-GB"> <strong>Conclusion.</strong> </span><span lang="EN-GB">Maintaining the fulfillment of nutrition properly and proportionally according to the difference needs between men and women is highly recommended to preserve the current health status and gaining a quality in old age.</span></p> Hilda Mazarina Devi Yanti Rosdiana Ani Sutriningsih Copyright (c) 2023 Indonesian Journal of Health Research 2023-02-09 2023-02-09 5 3 141 146 10.51713/idjhr.v5i3.91 Hubungan Dukungan Keluarga Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Lansia Komorbid Masa Pandemi COVID-19 Di Puskesmas I Negara https://idjhr.triatmamulya.ac.id/index.php/idjhr/article/view/96 <p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>Introduction. </strong>Anxiety is fear or worry in certain very threatening situations that can cause anxiety because of uncertainty in the future and fear that something bad will happen. Anxiety in the elderly during the pandemic causes an impact on the decline in physical activity and functional status of the elderly, such as having feelings of worry, not sleeping well, and disturbed appetite. Efforts that can be made to reduce the level of anxiety in the elderly are through family support. <strong>Methods</strong>. This study used a cross sectional design. The population in this study were the elderly who were in the working area of ​​the Public Health Center I Negara as many as 70 respondents. The sample of this research used purposive sampling technique. The analysis of this study used the Spearman rho test. &nbsp;<strong>Results. </strong>This study found that the results of family support in the working area of ​​Public Health Center I Negara mostly had sufficient scores and the results of anxiety that most of the elderly experienced mild anxiety. Low back pain is often found in workers due to poor body position while working, such as sitting, standing or bending over for a long time. Management of low back pain can be done in a non-pharmacological way, namely by doing warm compresses of lemongrass and ginger. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of lemongrass and ginger warm compresses on fishermen's low back pain scale</span></em><span lang="EN-US">.</span><strong><span lang="EN-GB"> Methods</span></strong><span lang="EN-GB">. </span><em><span lang="EN-US">The method used in this research is pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest research design. The sample of this research is 31 respondents. Measurement of pain scale using Numeric Rating Scale, pain scale is measured before and after giving compresses. Respondents were given treatment once a day for 7 consecutive days. This study aims to determine digital strategies used in hospital health services. </span><span lang="EN-GB"><strong>Methods:</strong></span></span>&nbsp;<span class="y2iqfc"><span lang="EN-GB">Research method used literature review study. Search literature in this literature review using databases in the form of Google Scholar and Pub Med. The prioritized articles revolve around the last 5 (five) years of research, but if there is a science or discussion that has not changed, it will be expanded to an article with the last 10 years of research. Journals were reviewed to select journals of measurement results that were appropriate to the topic from 2018 to 2022. As a married woman, childbirth is the most awaited period. Feelings of happiness as well as anxiety are inevitable events, almost all pregnant women are overshadowed by anxiety, and part of a natural adjustment process to the psychological changes that occur during pregnancy. 15,000 of the approximately 4.5 million women giving birth state that they feel fear and anxiety. &nbsp;Support from husbands is needed by pregnant women especially at the age of pregnancy entering the third trimester which is approaching the time of delivery in order to reduce excess anxiety. </span><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Methods:</span></strong><span lang="EN-GB"> This study uses a quantitative research type with an analytic survey research design and a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study were primigravida pregnant women as many as 30 respondents and the sample in this study used purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using the Pearson Chi-square statistical test. </span><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Results:</span></strong><span lang="EN-GB"> statistical test obtained a value of p = 0.001 with a degree of significance (α = 0.05), so it was found that p &lt;α, meaning that Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between husband's support and the level of anxiety of primigravida pregnant women in facing childbirth at the Permana Clinic. </span><strong><span lang="EN-GB">Conclusion: </span></strong><span lang="EN-GB">there is a relationship between husband's support and the anxiety level of primigravida pregnant women in dealing with childbirth at the Permana Clinic.</span></p> Ni Rai Sintya Agustini Komang Srititin Agustina Copyright (c) 2023 Indonesian Journal of Health Research 2023-02-13 2023-02-13 5 3 169 175 10.51713/idjhr.v5i3.98
